ELIGIBILITY FOR CRIMINAL INJURY COMPENSATION

Crown Prosecution Service

You can also apply for compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA). In order to be eligible, the crime needs to be less than 2 years old and was immediately reported to the police.
